Eye care and Eyeglasses Collection help children as well as adults lead a normal life and improve the quality of life for all ages.
If people can not afford to get eye care and buy glasses, their vision will become impaired and their whole life become a struggle, Children are held back academically and socially.. Adults can not lead a productive life, they become a burden on society, and older people have to increasingly depend on other people.
The Anaheim Lions are committed to bringing basic eye care and eyeglasses to a world of people in need.
Disclaimer: Our local Eye care is limited to needy children in the Anaheim School district, Applicants must submit a written request and fill an eligibility questionnaire. Adults may be able to receive limited help for basic eyeglasses. This is not a government program. The program is funded by the Lions of Anaheim through fundraising events, donations are welcomed.
