Another Successful President Party
Saturday, June 28th: This year our President’s Party was held, as you know, at PDG Jack Mauller’s Residence Inn, where the wine flowed but the food came slow, oh so slow! Warm-hearted hospitality was high on the entertainment menu at this lavish Hawaiian resort.
Unfortunately, the leis that should have been offered to the guests alighting from their respective limousines were sorely lacking. However, I digress. To get back to the subject at hand….Chef PDG Lion Danny Meyer did an outstanding retirement smorgasbord for dessert: A “ Soufflé “ ( from French “inflated” or “blown out”, something as in kicking out ),So he dismissed the old Board, but was kind enough to readmit several members back into the next years boarding party, My head was spinning.I was beside myself as I was not sure whether I was going out or coming back.
And the winners are:
President: Tom Brown
1st VP: Susie Snider-Pinchot, 2nd VP: Rod Wallace
Treasurer: Dr. Gerald Majer II., Secretary: Trisha Throop,
Tail Twister: Jack Mauller, Lion Tamer: Rod Hall.
Directors :
Duane Stout, Bob Jones, Dr. Robert Mokbel, Nina Erickson.
If you missed all the fun of this memorable evening and festivities,
despair not! There will be another opportunity next year to partake of this gala affair. So, don’t miss the next bash!
If any of you recognize the guests in these mystery shots, would you please let me know? Some of these are quite strange ( :

Newly Inducted Board members …
It was great, getting together to celebrate the end of one year and the beginning of another, amongst good friends, all of us basking in the glow of a job well done. And, believe it or not, not one person fell in the pool.
